I had open a shop for the registration of license i had given a money to agent for registration process and making license etc . After taking the money he had started the work but in between he left the work and not responding the call and not giving the money so what shld I do for taking my. Money back ?

A.Dear Sir,
If the money is less than Rs.1,00,000/- is just leave it there. Otherwise you may go to Police Station and get atleast postdated cheque for the dues and thereafter file cheque bounce case.

A.Dear Client,
It appears that you are cheated by a tout. In the absence of any documentary proof, your claim against the person and, the chance of recovery of money even through litigation would yield no relief for you.
