harassment from my fellow neighbours harassment from my fellow neighbours

I(girl) live in the 5th floor of the apartment. The floor consists of 3 flats, where I live in the middle flat where my flat occupies most of the common area. I have plants in the common area on myside of the common area not disturbing the walking path as my plants occupy 10% where there is no chance of any disturbance to the people. I have an ill grandmother who needs fresh air for her betterment. She does not come out all the day and just visits the common area only in the evening. Due to her age I placed a foldable bed in the common area so she can rest for sometime. I regularly also use this bed for my work but place it back after it. It literally doesn't even take half and hour work with the foldable bed. Yesterday my fellow neighbour walked through the common path during the time my grandmother was outside. Even though she has a walkable space or she could suggest my grandmother to leave the space in a polite tone, she started cussing my grandmother using cheap and bad words and even talked cheap about my character and my grandmother's. Instead of using polite words she always used cheap, unparliamentary languages stating that " if my grandmother can use the common corridor, she has the right to cussing and use such absurd words". My fellow neighbours supported her as they belong to the same caste. All my neighbours use cuss and inappropriate words towards me and always say it's my mistake. They all pointed on me stating as I used the common area, so she reacted. They even said that I should not come out of my flat when she's there. All are pointing towards me saying I'm at fault. This is not the first time this happened. My neighbours always does that and behave rude and impartial to me . They made my plants removed and they stated not to use the folding bed in the common area. They never use polite words and always corner me giving me mental torture which compiles me to sell my flat. The fellow neighbour who cusses me is not even the owner of the house but instead she is the relative of the owner. She even posted photos of my grandmother when she is using the foldable bed and even posted photos of mine while I'm using it. I know we should not place any common this in the area but we only use it for sometime . After the work finishes we don't even step out of the apartment. It is always scary as my fellow neighbour son a few months ago brought his friends and some inappropriate girls into his flat for a couple of weeks and used to drink all the night. Once one of his friends even knocked on our door at late night. I don't have any proofs about these but they are all true as I faced it. Even though all my fellow neighbours know about this issue the management did not react and always points out on my mistakes. They are literally giving me mental torture from the past years. And I'm owner of my flat and I'm not a tenant. What can I do about this issue?

A.Dear Client, first you can talk to the apartment secretary or president or can can raise this issue in apartment meetings. If then also the issue hasn't been resolved then you can file a police complaint on the neighbours for harrasement and mental torture.
You can file a complaint under sec 503 and 504 of ipc which deals with criminal intimidation and intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace. You can also file a case under sec 509 of ipc which deals with the offence intended to insult the modesty of a woman with words or gesture.
