I am married and it's been 12 year we have 2 kids. Ours was a love cum Arranged marriage. We were very happy till our 2nd child was born though we were not good financially but we were good and best friends and cherished our relationship with lot of love. After my 2nd child I started seeing a different color with my husband he got hell lot of attitude n I was somehow was not treated well also. He was getting good profits had plenty of money. But 4 yrs back I found out that he has an affair and spents lakhs of money to her ,she was a Divorcee. They were almost for 2yrs and I spoke to her warned her n infact yelled at her she dint go. Me n my husband had huge fights n he abused like a hell to me. But something's happened which I really don't know she left him. Now from 1.5 yr he s having with 22 yr old gal. He s least bothered about me and my mental health. I feel so overwhelmed with my thoughts n worried abt my children future. But here this Girl has changed my husband so much and her single also not bother though that girl goes home even at 1pm. I deeply feel inside even her mom doesn't mind if her child s dating 20 yr gap Man and not bother whatever time she reaches home. All these things are creating lot of insecurity in me. I have major evidences with me but I am somehow blocked here becoz co and home is in both of our names and even house EMI s in both of our names. I really want to get rid of this . Is DIVORCE is the only option or any other way which I can caution her mom n her to move out from my personal boundries. Anything I can do

A.Dear Client,

You have the option to lodge a complaint with the police to prevent a third party from interfering in your peaceful married life. Additionally, you can file a permanent injunction suit against the third party, seeking an order to prohibit them from interfering with your family affairs, without necessarily claiming divorce for yourself. This legal action can help protect your marital rights and maintain the peace and harmony in your family life.
