A.Dear Client,
Given that the property in question is used for commercial purposes, any dispute concerning it falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court established under the Commercial Court Act, 2015. A commercial dispute typically involves disagreements related to commerce among various stakeholders. These disputes commonly revolve around contract terms, fiduciary duties, intellectual property rights, among other commercial matters. Disputes of this nature can be resolved through court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. Therefore, considering the commercial nature of the dispute, you can seek redressal by escalating your grievance before the Commercial Court for resolution.
