Phone in school Phone in school

My school confiscated my phone for 3 months and now they are denying to give it back saying that is a cbse guideline to never return a student's phone. Is it true? Can I file a police complaint against my school?

A.Dear Client,

You should advise your parents to reach out to educational authorities like the District Educational Officer to address your issue instead of filing a police complaint. Additionally, they can issue a legal notice requesting access to CBSE guidelines.

By your query, it's not clear why the school took your phone. Without detailed facts, one can not advise as to what to do in the matter. Please revisit the issues and discuss them in detail in order to guide you appropriately.
