Can the association do transactions of basic necessity society like water tanker payment, electricity bill, etc?We trying to get a hearing date but judge is on holiday till 29th April. We have a lot of payments pending and vendors are not ready to wait. In this situation what association can do? We need a high court lawyer which atleast provide a relief from the interim court order?

A.Dear Client,

If routine expenses owed to a vendor by a society are pending due to a lawsuit, the vendor can be made a party to the suit. They can then request the trial court for an interim order to receive payment or part payment of their dues.

A.Dear Sir,
The recharged judge of that Court may entertain interim applications and if such interim application is not entertain then you can approach High Court directly.

A.Dear Client,
Your query requires more details to respond suitably. All these expenses are of a routine nature and payable to the vendor who renders different services to society. If the Society makes the vendor a party to the pending suit, you can ask the vendor to approach the trial court to obtain an interim order for payment or part payment of dues.
