A.Dear client, there is a speedy disposal of cases of senior citizens in court by considering the age, health and other reasons. The govt. has introduced a policy called "National Policy for Older Persons", in which it mentioned the speedy disposal of cases of senior citizens. And the Chief Justice of India has directed the Chief Justices of all High Courts to prioritise cases involving individuals over the age of 65. This includes long-standing cases involving senior citizens, pensioners, and retired government employees.

A.Dear Sir,
You may take permanent injunction or status quo or against them by filing partition suit but even if you are senior citizen it may take some time to get such interim relief as courts are going on vacation in the month of May.

A.Dear Client
Getting a partition done to a bungalow can be difficult task as it cannot be divided into pieces or portions. If there is any possibility of demarcating the areas with separate entries then you can go for partition.

A.Dear client,
Speedy trial is a fundamental right implicit in the guarantee of life and personal liberty enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution of India and any party to a litigation who is denied this right of speedy trial is entitled to approach the high court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. You can also file a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution before the High Court praying for a direction from the court below wherein your case is pending for expeditious hearing of the case and disposal within a given time frame. Apart, you can put up an application before the Court praying for the transfer of your case to a Fast Track Court or Lok Adalat for speedy trial by expressing the reasons/causes in the application. You can also file a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution before the High Court praying for a direction from the court below wherein your case is pending for expeditious hearing of the case and disposal within a given time frame. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has opined that senior citizens are entitled to get their cases decided on a preferential basis and expeditious trial is the right of every litigant. The Chief Justice of India has addressed the Chief Justices of all the High Courts advising them to identify and dispose of cases on a priority basis in which persons above 65 years of age are involved. These include long pending cases of senior citizens, pensioners, and retired Government servants on a priority basis. So, if you are in the age bracket of 65 years and above, your partition suit may be heard and disposed of on a priority basis once you approach the court.
