Driving license for the person with one eyes
2 weeks ago
I have eye issue and don't have vision in one eye but the other eye has 100% vision even the government eye hospital in bangalore has declared me fit for driving license but RTO is rejecting saying the document given by the hospital is fake what should i do now
A.Dear client, if you have the certificate from the government hospital that you are fit for driving license then the RTO has to issue a driving license for you after all the required procedure has been done. If you want to prove that the certificate is original then go to the govt. hospital who issued the certificate and get a letter from the doctor regarding the issuance of certificate.
Even though the RTO is not accepting the certificate then your can file a writ petition in the high court.

A.Dear Client
Is the document issued by a government hospital? If yes then file a writ petition in the high court against the RTO and if not then first get a certificate from a govt. hospital to take the matter up with the RTO.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, you have to prove that the certificate issued by the Government hospital is not forged or fake, Once you succeed in proving the authenticity of the said medical certificate, the concerned authority(RTO), your application for the issue of Driving License would be processed by the Motor Vehicle Deptt.
