Did not let board bus Did not let board bus

Hi Everyone,
We faced an issue related to NEUGO bus. We booked a ticket from chandigarh to panipat (charges was taken for complete journey chandigarh to delhi) and boarding point which we booked was chd 43 bus stand at 1 PM.
But due to some urgent meeting at 1 PM I thought to avoid the hassle if by any chance bus is late I tried to board the bus one point before I.E. sohana gurudwara. But they did not let us board the bus stating that we have camera and all.
I asked them the question if I board the bus at zirakpur then you'll let us and she said yes. Which truely doesn't make any sense.

Is there anything that can be done for the unecessary harassment that it caused us ?

A.Dear Client,

To address grievances with NEUGO bus services, start by serving them a legal notice. Then, utilize the e-daakhil portal to lodge an online complaint. These platforms facilitate mediation for grievance resolution. If mediation fails, escalate the complaint to the District Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act to seek compensation for harassment.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the NEUGO bus services, make an online complaint against them through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) introduced by the Consumer Affairs Department, Govt. of India and also by Consumer Affairs Departments of almost all the State Govt. for redressal of your grievance through mediation process failing which you may escalate your complaint before the Dist Consumer Commission under Consumer Protection Act claiming compensation for harassment.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a case in Consumer Court and see that some lesson is taught to them. You can file without any court fees and by yourself.
