Catfishing prank Catfishing prank

I have created an instagram account of a fake profile of a 17 year old college student. The person is entirely fictional and does not exist, the name is also a random name. Someone from my college who is about 21 years of age messages me on that account and displays sexual interest. Due to these pedophilic actions, I use the fake account to spread awareness about him and post it on my stories and spread the screenshots through google drive etc to all his friends. Very soon he finds out it is a prank account and my identity. He threatens to go to the police for catfishing and honeytrap. Does he have a case?

A.Dear Client,
The persons allegation of honey trapping will not entirely stand since there needs to be consideration and planned scheming in return of sexulal lure. in the present case the necessary criteria for the same are not fulfilled. as for the case of catfishing deception has to be involved from your side and an intent to mislead the person to committing a fraud. Hence the allegation for the catfishing depends of weather there has been default on your side as per the circumstances

A.Dear Sir,
You must be very careful in creating such false Instagram accounts. You cannot face the Police. Try to solve the problem secretly.
