Date of incident of cognizable offence in at end of Sept.2019.p.s refused taking f.i.r at that time.police is manipulated nd framed by opposite parties all the way.there murder attempt nd all other criminal conspiracy fr property is on.is it possible to file a156(3)now.

A.Yes you can go for 156(3)
you can also move to high court to direct police to submit charge sheet in the court

A.You can either file a private complaint under sec. 200 of CrPC or take out proceedings under sec. 156(3). Apart from this, you can also move the High court invoking 482 of CrPC.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can file private complaint under section 200 crpc and refer to the police under section 156(3) to the police for investigation and report if B report is filed then you can continue the litigation by filing objections to B Report.
