We team of members are debarred from our Flat Owners Association, we have content the association thru Societies office, but the process is taken delay. can you confirm that As per the Tamilnadu societies Registration Act, the Debarred of members is valid or not.

A.Dear client in your case kindly issue legal notice to flat owners association as to on what basis and under what provisions of law you have been debarred. you can complaint to the registrar against them. section 36 of this Act the district registrar got power to enquire affairs into society and why team of members are debarred.

Last 2 yrs waited justice thru societies, but their process is very slow. How can we pull them to enquire. Or as you suggest shell we go for legal notice. How much cost for giving legal notice to association approx. They will be having GB on 28th April, we are regularly paying maintenance fees
