A.There is nothing called months of pending salary. If your salary is due and is not paid you can file a case in the labour court after passing of 30days

A.There is no question of Pending salary. According to Payment of wages Act 1936, Every Employer is liable to pay salary & wages to every employees before 10th of the succeeding month. You can take up the case with your designated ALC and make a complaint with all relevant documents immediately. If require consult a Labour Court Lawyer to guide & help you quickly.
