I am a 25year old working women got married 5years ago to an less educated person because of love.he look after my call details.he refused to use 2sims.He refused to call to parentsEvrything was acceptable for me but now he started abusing me whenever we have any type of issues.he starts to call my colleagues as well.I am in totally need for legal held because my family is still against my marriage

A.Mam,
Please do go for divorce in such case
Either contested or mutually.
Also claim maintenance from your husband and File a case of Domestic Violence u/s 12 of The PWDV Act.

A.Dear Sir,
All matrimonial related Indian laws are in favor of married women. Take necessary action against him.
