Land case Station Bail taken..need to send Lawyer Notice

We had taken station bail (Against to show the land documents we have not shown them and we don't have the land documents) but the other side guy submitted fake documents in station..
We need to issue ligal Notice to them and we need to make our Land boundery / fencing..

A.If u have property then . If registered go to the nearest sub register office and make application for certified copy

A.I feel its a civil dispute and police does not have jurisdiction to entertain such dispute. Do you have any receipt of station bail or else it could be bribe. You need to approch jurisdictional court for suit for declaration and injunction.
