Hello,

We have our office in Koramangala, Bangalore main road area quiet popular and due to rmbridge construction a lot of traffic is happening.

Our office has a long balcony with glass covered uptown 70%, are planning to have 2 television on the left and right side of the balcony for advertising our company, product and services only.

I would like to know are there any permissions required or special license to be obtained before we move ahead.

I will look to your response and help us with this asap.

A.This would be an Electronic display as per BBMP advertisement bye laws

It says No Tri-visions / Tri-ads or Electronic Display Boards shall be allowed within 10 meters of a traffic
carriageway of a Road Over Bridge, Road Under Bridge or a Fly-Over measured from the
retaining wall or parapet of the carriageway to the nearest point of the hoarding or its structure
measured from the edge of the road nearest to the proposed location.
