Stock Advisory firm gave wrong call and cheated me

Hi,
Recently I have subscribed to a basic plan of a stock Advisory firm worth Rs 10,000 and the subscription plan includes advice only on "stock cash" only but the executive of the company gave me Banknifty call which is not present in my subscription plan and because of that I have incurred 70,000 loss, after the loss the executive stopped attending my calls and I am getting no proper response from advisory firm. What kind of legal action can I take on the firm and how to get my money back?

A.Issue a legal notice and thereafter if they do not comply file a money recovery suit.

A.These stock advisory companies have the terms and conditions in fine print and thus people usually agree for all conditions and it becomes difficult to question them.
First of all stop allbtransactions to stop further losses. Then get all your docs reviewed by a lawyer or expert to see the terms and conditions then depending on that send them a legal notice alongwith a copy to SEBI.

A.If you have any agreement between both parties then u can file complaint against them otherwise not possible
