Can i marry to my mother's cousin sister's daughter. I am hindu and both of us 23 of age.
My mother father and her mother's father are brother.

A.Your query is technically marrying your cousin sister. Which in all probability is prohibited in the Hindu Law.
However if your customs and usages allow such a marriage then there is no restriction.

But some lawyers are saying that my case not come under the sapinda relationship..
And they are saying that it is ok according to the hindu marriage act..
