Undue delay in issuing fitness certificate by medical board

Sir I am selected as gazetted officer in the central services.I was instructed to undergo medical test at a civil hospital in Ahmedabad before a medical board immediately after which I can get appointment.The hospital denied doing the tests immediately and gave an excuse of 3 months queue.On special request the hospital deceptively agreed to conduct medical test and send the letter of fitness to my employer within a week.Now after the medical tests are done the hospital is giving an excuse of the signing superintendent on leave for a month due to which medical reports are not sent to my employer and my employment is pending due to them.I was mentally harrassed to visit hospital multiple times for retests of blood samples.The hospital authorities are not co operating and are saying nothing concrete in the matter.

You may approach Service Tribunal or High Court and get immediate direction to the concerned.

1. try to MANAGE the things and get the medical done and join your JOB, and 2. approach the concerned High Court and directed them to do the needful.
