Father give me 2decimal land in same boundary where he stay now.G+2flor building construction is completed.but new building (on the given land which is in my name)is joined by stairs with father's house& total sanatory (my+father)and water reserver of whole land(total 5decimal)is constructed in past on my 2 decimal land.my questions is. After father's death if my brother sell the remaining part(3decimal land+2nd floored building on it)what is rules for sanatory water reserver of others in my property.what is the rules for individual flat buyer's
