Father give me 2decimal land in same boundary where he stay now.a two floored building is constructed on it.but stairs are joined with old building.sanatory &water reserver are common for this two buildings. After father's death brother wants for sell father's part to outsider.pl.tell rules of sanatory & reserver of others is in my property.

It all depends upon mutual consent but you have a right over common stair case etc.

A.Its very well define in property act, whenever property is divided between legal heir, then it measured . you could not leave santory ,
apply for divided plan through demarcation of lawyer authentication
