Gambling debt

I tooks loans over last 2 years And lost all money in online gaming ..
Now don't have money to repay can I file bankruptcy ..
Have 5 credit cards
And 5 different loans of total valy 30lacs
Please suggest what can be done

A.If you do not have the money then you can surely file an insolvency and bankruptcy suit.

A.Dear Sir,
File a civil case restraining the bankers interfering illegally with your persona and property. since it is a unsecured loans it is very difficult for them to recover loans and they even shy to approach Civil Court for recovery of such loans.
