My will soon apply DV & 125...My net salary is 40000 also we don't have any children.i am going to loyalties following types.
1. If I Purchase plot or flat on my mothers name and payEMI from my account 15000 p.m.,,Court will consider or not??(No any properties on my mom name also my mom dad dependent on me)
2. 3000 medical bill of my dependent relative big mother
3.8000 to my mom & dad bank account for
daily expenses
4. After all loyalties approx 20000 remains on
my account.
