Help me to get divorce from criminal background lady

Dear sir,
I am an engineer and I married a police girl one year back. She is not interested in marriage life but she shown her cruelty on me that she will often try for suicide attempt. She always threatened me and my family members that we have to be slave for her or else she will give complaint on 498a against me and my family members. Her mother and her hooligans always threatened that they will kill us if we are not giving our land properties to her daughter name. I had given more number of complaints against her because of her adamant and vulgar words and she spoiled my life. But she escaped from all my complaints by giving brief. She made all the police official to take action against me on 498a. But I escaped from the 498a because of the RTI which I asked earlier on the complaint which was against my wife. But the police official has lied in the RTI that no such complaint against my wife. But I have raised to information commission that police official has done fradulant that they have hidden the truth.
Later she gave complaint to Lok Adalat that she needed her belongings and gold ornaments from me. Later I supplied all her things to her before the Lok adalat Judge. And my wife declared in the lOk adalat Report as she never give complaint against us. She will give mutual divorce whenever I approach and she also declared that from today onwards there is no husband and wife relationship like wise she mentioned and signed and then I put my signed . Later judge had put her signature over there. Now I have got all the jerox paper from the lokadalat.
I need to get freedom from her since she is torturing me continuously.

Question:
1.now she is planning to Put RCR against me.
She is asking 5 lakhs in order to come for mutual divorce.
Since I am poor I am unable to give this much of amount . Please suggest me how can i get divorce from her easily and tell how can i get freedom from her.

Please tell me what is the meaning of her mutual consent statement at Lokadalat ?
Now the lokadalat papers are valid.?
My wife is simply ignoring lokadalat statements whichever given by her.
