Paid by cash and taken received by cheque Paid by cash and taken received by cheque

Dear Sir,

I paid to a person an amount of 1,10,000/- in March 2016 in cash in 3 installment as 40,000/-, 35,000/- and 35,000/-, in span of two months. This was paid in friendship without any interest involvement. When I gave this amount, I took his signature on a plane paper. When he gave me the cheque he took the signed paper back. Now I do not have the copy of that. He returned me the amount of 1,00,000/- by cheque. Rs. 10,000/- is still left with him. After nearly 2 years, Aprll 2018, he came back putting a false allegation on me that he gave me the amount of 1,00,000/- for my firm and I promised him to pay 10,000/- monthly for 12 months which is 1,20,000/-. He also approached local BJP Leader who is now calling me anytime and threatening me. Please help.
