Absent without leave from indian army

I was appointed in indian army on 2 jan 2003 as a soldier in armed cavachit crops in 48 armed regiment . But I am absent without leave from 11 Dec 2006 to till now from J & k.
Indian army has dismissed me in 11 Dec 2009 as per army act section (20) 3 and rule 17. Kindly help me and giving advice about this matter .
A.You should be thanful there was no court marshall initiated on you, what exactly you need to be adviced pls be clear on text

A.If you remain absent without reasonable cause then the army has its own bye laws and can work accordingly and also dismiss you off duty.
