Hi, I am working with a reputed private school from last 10 years and drawing good salary but no salary slip. Last two years back I have taken maternity leave but now if I want to take leave for my third child. (without pay for 2 months) will they terminate my service. And at that condition how could I save my job legally if required.

A.Approach the management or else the service tribunal. If everything else fails your matter can also be filed as a writ petition in the HC.
