I was selected for a government job in 2016 through an examination. In March 2017, the result was declared invalid after a departmental investigation. Now, I got the job in 2019 after it was proved in CAT that cancellation of the result was arbitrary by the department. Now, can I demand for compensation in the court, as the department ruined almost 3 years of service life?
