What to do when an women have experinced initial sexual harrasement like invitation for meeting in guest room from a police person, ASI rank. What steps to be taken or where to report ?

A.immediately Report the matter to the Superintendent of the Police of Concerned district with a copy to IG, DGP, Home Minister

You can take the following steps in chronological order.
1. Lodge a FIR against such person in Authority
2. File a case against him under the POSH Law.
3. File cases under relevant sections of IPC [this will happen by the FIR also]
