Free and Fair Job Recruitment Free and Fair Job Recruitment

Hello, the State Public Service Commission in my State are currently responsible for recruitment of Govt. Jobs (Group A and Group B). The rest ie Group C and below are recruited by the respective Govt. Departments when there is a job vacancy. The recruitment process of the Commission is very fair, but the recruitment process of Govt Departments are many times very unfair, and political influence is very huge most cases.

Just recently, the Govrnment again decided to take away the recruitment job of the Commission in respect to Group B recruitment, saying the Commission is overworked and that a separate Committee for the Group B recruitment will be constituted. This has caused panic among alot of youths becase we know for certain that the recruitment will be influenced politically and unfair, and the new Recruitment Committee could be just a puppet for the Government. Most people are also of the view that the new Committee is unnecessary as there is already a Public Service Commission for such purpose, and find it better to strengthen the Commission, and even to give it more responsibility, like Group C and below recruitment.

My question is, can i file a PIL against such actions by the Government or take legal action of sorts, so that job recruitment remains fair and free from political influences? Is this action by the Government legal, to take away such duty from the State Public Service Commission, a Commission constituted for such a task?
