Had case under Bombay prohibition act 85 1 3 /110/117 in 2010. Case discharged by court in 2011 because police failed to submit chargesheet. In between I applied passport .one year validity passport issued by passport office later attached court copy of dismissal of case and extended my validity and I flew to Dubai for job 2012 to 2016. Now I need PCC for my New job it will show on my passport number or PCC that I had case ? Or I will get clean pcc.
