Contract
Dear Team,
Recently I got am offer from a company by instead of giving a final offer letter they are giving contract in RS 50 stamp paper through mail and ask me to sign the print copy and send them back. I have signed this and there is one condition that if I can't join then I have to pay some amount to the company.
But I have decided later that I can't join the company for some personal problem so please share your advice how can I avoid to pay the lump sum to the company.

A.Look when you sign a contract then you have to abide by it or else the other party (company here) can sue you in the court fo law for breach of contract. So, as per the contract which you have signed, if you cannot join then they will certainly ask for the penalty amount. Legally speaking there is no escape for you.
