I have taken a house for lease with 3 year term
I have done the registration and notary on my lease document
However my owner has taken this property in loan, if he is not paying the housing loan if the house get aquired by bank Wil I get money back
Is there any chances of legal right for my money
Should I mention that in document?

A.It is difficult when the amount is unsecured.

Yours is a not secured amount so you must be very careful in getting back the amount and try for the same as earlier as possible.
