A fighting was take place that two groups are fighting in which one side group two person are injured so much that one person report is normal only he got cut on head or one person got fractured on right side of occipital bone so I want to know that ipc section is applied for this because doctor do not work properly as a honest so sir please help me or reply answer as soon as possible
