I was a Manager of a nationalised bank till 2013. Bank has filed a case against me for misappropriation. 90% of the case completed including filing of 313 CrPC and Investigation Officer's deposition. I could not attend court hearing from 2017 due to health issued and financial constraints. In the meantime A2 has been acquitted. My case position stands as DISPOSED/UNCONTESTED - TRANSFERRED TO ESTABLISHMENT . Please throw some light on this. What should I do under the present circumstances. K N RANGARAJAN
