My mother has 2 flats which is not self aquired. She got it from her father. It was an independant house later converted into flats. My mother along with her sibings got equal share in the form of 2 flats each. Can she sell those flats without my consent?

A.No, she can only sell of her share and not the entire property.

A.Dear Sir,
She cannot sell the entire property she is only a sharer along with the children.

She has finalised a buyer already. She has taken advance. According to her she says that the property is in her name so cant give me any share. Is it true?
