A Complainant filed against a binary case. Coz I refused to pass his bill for one lac. Coz he attached a bogus bill for 30000 as he purchased cement bags. Commercial tax joint commissioner given me a lr under RTI that it's a bogus bill. Now charge sheet filed. In his court statement he has stated that he was originally purchased . This he has given false statement to judge. Pending this case can I file a fresh cheating case against the complainant contractor? now

A.Sir,
You can surely file another case but the matter in issue should not be the same as that of the case which is pending.
