A.You should do the following things

1. Write a police complaint and complain about such harassing agents.
2. Write a letter to the bank and also send a copy of the same top the RBI [Attach the Police complaint with this]
3. If the bank does not take any step, you can further move the banking ombudsman by way of a written complain and send a copy of the same to the bank and also RBI.
Thanks

A.Dear Madam, If recovery agents are harassing you and your family members , then describe each and every detail of the incident minutely in writing and send the complaint to the bank with acknowledgment. If the bank does not take any action within a month from the day you file the complaint, or rejects the complaint, or you are not satisfied with the action taken by the bank, file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman or online at www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. You can also file a police complaint along with the complaint filed with the Ombudsman.
