Hello,

376,420 me Kya anticipatory bail ho sakti hai!
Aur FIR durj karane k baad kitane dino me charge sheet file honi chahiye.
March 1st week me agar FIR darj ki hai ho to Kya charge sheet file hone k liye 6monts or 1 yr lag sakta hai!
Pls guide me what should I do!!!

A.dear sir
if accused is on bail there is no mandatory provision to file charge sheet within specified time. 60 says if the accused is in custody in offences charged with less than 7 years and 90 days if accused is charge with more tan 7 years

Section 167(2)(a)(ii) in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(ii) sixty days, where the investigation relates to any other offence, and, on the expiry of the said period of ninety days, or sixty days, as the case may be, the accused person shall be released on bail if he is prepared to and does furnish bail, and every person released on bail under this sub- section shall be deemed to be so released under the provisions of Chapter XXXIII for the purposes of that Chapter;]
