I met an road accident 3yrs back. My mcop case still going on. In this situation I lost the original hospital bill. I'm having duplicate bill from the hospital.its mentioned as duplicate in itself. Can I get the award.? This duplicate bill is enough? How many percentage will they award?

A.Hello,
Th copy of bill is valid and can be filed in your case. The award/compensation is solely and entirely based on the factual loss and the compensation you have demanded. Moreover, it is the discretion of the court to grant any such amount.
