Eb Charging

Hi , we are tenant ..my house owner cheating us by connecting the motor supply into our Eb bill...already we are paying 500rs for water although he connected the motor into our meter..here 5tenant are staying including us also house owner staying..total motor supply given to our meter..and they charged 3500rs for eb charge...Is there any solution to solve this..

A.Attach one sub meter and take motor connection from sub meter .
