Falsified/forged expense bills submitted in DV case Falsified/forged expense bills submitted in DV case

We are charged with DV case and petitioner filed a bunch of forged/fake documents as a proof of expense during and demanding the same to be reimbursed.these corrections are visible to naked eye.How to prove they are falsified in court and what action can be taken?

A.They can be prosecuted under Section 193 of IPC for giving false evidence as well as under section 465 for forgery and many sections related to forgery. You can prove by asking for the authenticity of the adduced Documents. All these details should be mentioned in your written reply to the petitioners.

A.Dear Sir,
you may file an application for referring such documents to hand writing expert and prove them as forged.
