Noise pollution

Respacted sir. In my village situated a private trample but people are celebrate function. There use loud speaker 24 hours 1 or 2 months regular. Students are very effected to this problem. Please give me advice for complaint this case.

A.First made written request to the authorized person if nothing any response from them then file complaint against them
