Marriage Certificate - Change back to original name
4 years ago
When my marriage was registered, I changed my surname to my husband's surname in the marriage certificate. But, I do not want to change all other ID proofs to the new name.
Is there any way to change my name back to original name in marriage certificate?
Or, is there any way a new marriage certificate can be issued with my original name?
A.Hello,
you need to submit an application with affidavit.
