Brother in laws wife threatening to get out of the house

Hi there, my husband and his twin brother purchased house in Kedgaon, ahmednagar in 2012 for which they both are paying EMI, but house is on my husband's name. Now after his twin brothers marriage his wife started to make mess out of each thing. Now she is telling us just to visit house for 2 days n get out... I m worried for future. What should we do? As she is having son n daughter n i m having only 1 daughter... As she gave birth to son to keep name of him on property and she says so always..

A.ask your husband to file a suit for the partition of the property to avoid any dispute so that the house can be partitioned and both can enjoy the property as per their ownership,
