False Allegations on me

I am 23 old Boy studying who never drinks liquor or anything but there is a man who sent me a legal notice that I and my father drink infront of his house and cause nuisance and my father is A kidney Patient from past 7-8 years he can't even drink water much.I have already received 2 notices, what should I Do?

A.You should respond to his legal notice and also strongly put forward your position and case seeking compensation from him for causing harassment and mental agony. If need be file a general diary with the local police station so that in case in future if he acts smart you can save yourself.
