Sir in 9.08.2019 i joined a MBA in coimbatore at one private institution at management quota then i paid admission fees 10000 and still did not attend the class . Yesterday the govermnet counsilling i selcted a good college in trichy after that i go to that coimbatore college i asked a admission fees they told admission fees non refundable.i have a bill for admsiion fees can i take any legal action

A.You can fight this out but this will not be refunded.
The case is weak and generally such admission fee is not refundable.

A.Usually in private colleges the admission fees are not refundable after completing the admission formalities.

A.Sir/Madam you seat under management quota they will not refund. If you seat is under councelling through rank they will refund .
