1. what is the sequence for the documentation of
RENT AGREEMENT, PAN CARD, FIRM REGISTRATION, GST REGISTRATION, BANK CURRENT ACCOUNT, SHOP ACT LICENSE, MSME REG/SSI for starting a business in maharashtra? whether rent agreement (online leave and license) should be done first before registration of firm as it is on rent. whether the decided firm name can be given in the rent agreement and after that will register the firm in that name? my actual query is if online leave and license agreement is made on the proposed firm name , can anyone register the firm immediately after that rent agreement?
2. please tell the complete process how to register a firm in maharashtra, pune? is there any contact no. or toll free help line no. for firm registration in pune. a no. which is given in the internet is not responding.
please suggest.
