FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT VIOLATION, MANIPULATION, TACKING,INSTRUMENTALITY OF GOVERNMENT

I have been suffering from serious violation of human right, constitutional law and human trafficking for about 12 years. I have communicated to various authority and tried to draw their attention but all in vein. I had launched complaint with public grievance portal vide DARPG/E/2017/17240 dated 13.07.2017 but no action initiated. I have launched complaint with PM office vide registration number PMOPG/E/2018/0343204 but no action has been initiated till now. Some people have been deployed all the time from my behind to track me and manipulate and try to irritate by various means like throwing or vibrating windows, making dogs to bark, cats to miew and crows to crow, they are trying to make mental instability by various means, they have employed zodiac forecasts(It may seem unbelievable and ridiculous but it's fact) as tool to manipulate just to satisfy their whims. They deliberately want to attack and aggravate my mental disease like anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsion by repeatedly committing same things. I guess who are in behind but it can not charged directly. Administrative people and even people within your department indulge this malpractice I strongly believe otherwise this it can not happen. It can not be apparent but always I am being tracked everywhere all the time. It can be revealed and proved only by an honest investigation. Instrumentality of Government has wrongly been employed on me with no reason I believe and constitutional rights under Article 23 is being violated, freedom to live , liberty and occupation, right to privacy, etc. This happens everywhere I go or stay . My career has been blocked and way to getting job has been doomed by influencing everywhere job portals, offline application. I am tracked and manipulated all the time in every sphere and they left no room. Their purpose is to create a pressure by mass people to bring to their terms or break me down
I beg to request you to make an honest intervention in this matter and provide relief from this unbearable situation . This is being practiced to satisfy whims of some people .
