while a property case is being run in the court based on a Will, can the concerned parties enter into Power of Atrorney or Sale Deed, before withdrawing the case? will it be considered contempt of court or an offence?
(if yes, then kindly quote any court ruling)

A.No, the petition cam be withdrawn and an agreement can be made between the interested parties.
